I have a folder labeled “products” in my inbox , where I’ve been squirreling away emails about cool furnishings and decor for more than a year. I finally (!) decided to pore through it today, and downloaded images of the products I loved.
Turns out, either I’m going through a pink phase or the industry is. Pink and blush tones have such a calming effect; it’s surely needed for all of us these days—a refuge from the front pages every day!
Here are my favorites:
Jean-Louis Deniot collection for Baker
Portland Pink, from the new Farrow & Ball collection for The Rug Company.
Pause Chaise Lounge by Konekt for Twentieth
Teardrop Pendant by Tracy Glover
Colors of Cuba, from the Linara collection at Romo Fabrics
The ALA lounge chair by La Cividina for Haute Living
The Wrap-Up Pouff ottoman by Jo Sampson for Drexel
The Boudoir Faux-Fur Pillow by Pfeifer Studio
Seems to me also that a deco look is also coming back, with its smooth, curving lines. Again these days — we all need something at home that avoids the hard edges of life and news outside.
There were a few items I set aside that aren’t pink, but they’re oozing with sex appeal. So here’s my epilogue, and with that I’ll start collecting products again until next year!
The Delicious dining table and Dwell dining chairs by Jo Sampson for Drexel
The Pintor Coffee Table by KGBL
